Display Shack is a family owned business located in Cottage
Grove, MN. Founded by experienced craftsmen, we design and
manufacture all of our products paying attention to the finest
details and using only the best materials.
Stock Items
We
stock all items in the natural oak finish with black felt
(as shown in photos). All stock orders will leave our location
within 1 to 2 business days after the payment is received. All
other color combinations are custom built to order and require
5 to 6 business days before leaving our location.
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and
E-Checks processed via PayPal. However you do not have to
have, or sign up for, a PayPal account to make a purchase. Learn More

When paying with a personal check, funds must
clear before item is shipped.

Returns

You may always return any display in its original condition
within 30 days after you have received it, for a full refund
of the purchase price. Buyer is responsible for shipping and
handling on returned items unless it is a result of our error.
Please contact us for
a return confirmation and ship the item using the original packaging
when possible. Please make certain the item is packaged securely.

Damage
On occasion damage may occur during shipping. In the event that
your display is damaged please contact
Display Shack to notify us of the issue so we may start
the process to replace or repair the display. We will arrange
for UPS to inspect the damage and have it returned. DO NOT throw
away shipping boxes or packing material, UPS will need to inspect
these to process the claim.
